01Scope
This policy applies to Stallwise on Android and iOS. Stallwise is published by YellowGames (Raimonds Rudmanis). Where something applies to only part of the game — advertisements, for instance — that's called out explicitly.
02Information we collect
2.1 — What stays on your device
Stallwise has no account and no sign-in, and we operate no servers of our own. The following is stored on your device and never sent to us:
- Your puzzles — the ones in progress and the ones you have solved, with your notes.
- Your results and statistics — solves, recalls, times and your streak.
- Your settings — theme, text size and sound.
- A premium flag — a yes/no recording whether you've bought the one-time unlock, so the game knows without asking the store each time.
When you share a result, the game puts a short piece of text on your clipboard. Where it goes after that is up to you.
2.2 — Gameplay analytics
To learn how the game is played and where it goes wrong, Stallwise sends anonymous events to GameAnalytics:
- What happened in a puzzle — that one was started or solved, which of two clues was kept, an answer that was refused, a hint or a recall, how long it took. Puzzles are named by number or by day.
- What happened around it — that a result was shared, that the unlock offer was shown, how a purchase attempt ended, that an advertisement was shown.
- A random identifier created by the analytics library on your device, so that events from the same device can be counted together. It is not your name, email address or phone number.
- Technical information — device model, operating system version, app version, your country (worked out from your IP address), session times, and error reports if the game fails.
These events are not used for advertising and are not combined with your advertising identifier by us.
2.3 — Advertising data
Stallwise shows advertisements through Google AdMob: one between puzzles from time to time, and a short video when you ask for a hint. AdMob may collect an advertising identifier — Android's Advertising ID, or iOS's IDFA where you've granted App Tracking Transparency — your IP address (from which an approximate location is derived), and standard technical signals used to select, limit and measure advertisements. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland this is governed by the choice you make in Google's consent form on first launch.
Premium removes the advertisements between puzzles, not the advertising library. With premium, the first hint in every puzzle is free and further hints are still paid for with a video, so the library stays in the app. Your consent choices keep applying.
2.4 — Purchases
The one-time unlock is bought through Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card number or billing address; the store handles checkout entirely by itself and tells the game only that premium is owned. The purchasing library the game uses is made by Unity and may send Unity technical information about the device and the transaction.
2.5 — What we never collect
Your real name, home address, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, or GPS-level location. There's no chat, no display name and no free-text field anywhere in the game.
03How we use it
- Keep your puzzles, results and settings on your device, and remember that you own premium.
- Understand how the puzzles play — which are too hard, which clue choices are obvious, where people get stuck — and tune them.
- Show and measure advertisements, and hold back the ones between puzzles once you've bought premium.
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
We don't build a profile of you, and we don't use anything the game collects to train any AI model.
04Third-party services
Four services see part of the data above. None of them sees all of it, and none of them can see what the game keeps only on your device.
| Service | What it's for | What it can see |
|---|---|---|
| GameAnalytics | Anonymous gameplay analytics and error reports | The events in §2.2, a random identifier, and technical information about the device |
| Google AdMob + Google User Messaging Platform |
Serves and measures advertisements; collects consent | Advertising identifier, IP address and standard ad-serving technical data |
| Unity In-App Purchasing | Connects the game to the store for the one-time unlock | Technical information about the device and the transaction |
| Apple App Store / Google Play Billing | Processes the one-time unlock | Your payment details — directly with the store, never with us |

05Children's privacy
Stallwise isn't directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age where you live), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us anything beyond the anonymous technical data described above, contact us in §10 and we'll have it removed.
06Data retention
- Everything in §2.1 stays on your device until you remove the app or clear its data.
- Analytics events are kept by GameAnalytics for as long as its own retention policy specifies — we don't hold a separate copy.
- Advertising identifiers are retained only as long as Google's own AdMob and consent policies specify — we don't hold a copy at all.
07Your rights & choices
- Choose how advertisements treat you. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the consent form on first launch asks before any advertising data is used, and Settings → Privacy options brings it back whenever you want to change your answer. On iOS, the system's tracking prompt and the iOS Settings app do the same for the IDFA.
- Reset or switch off your advertising identifier in your device's own settings, on either platform.
- Remove the advertisements between puzzles by purchasing the one-time unlock, and restore that purchase any time from Settings.
- Delete what is on your device by removing the app. Nothing of it exists anywhere else.
- Ask about the analytics data. It is tied to a random identifier rather than to you, and the game has no account, so we may need your help to tell which records are yours. Write to rrudmanis@hotmail.com and we'll answer within 30 days.
- Regional rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or US state laws such as the CCPA to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these on request regardless of where you live — §10.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the AdMob ad-serving described in §2.3.
08Data security
Your game data never leaves your device. What the services in §4 collect is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
09Changes to this policy
If a change materially affects what is collected or how it is used, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in the game before it takes effect.
